Sabino Townhouse Association is an Arizona non-profit corporation founded in compliance with the Arizona State Statues 10-3202 and 10-11003. The objective and purpose of the Association is to provide for the management, maintenance and care of the Common Area and to perform such other duties as are imposed upon the Association under the Declaration and ByLaws, including the enforcement thereof.

The website is created for the sole purpose of assisting and helping our owners and residents be aware of what is occurring in the community of Sabino Townhouses. The website does not intend to be the sole means of communication, nor should anything on or referenced by the website be taken as the final position of the Association.

When visitors leave comments on our site we or WordPress may collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
