SPRING is Rattlesnake Hibernation Wake-Up Time
With Spring comes the start of rattlesnake season in Tucson (while they are around all year, they are most active from March to October, with April being a particularly active time, according to the Arizona Game and Fish Department). Please be alert or walk behind someone you don’t like, either seems to work well.
If you want proof, see this non-Artificial Intelligence, non-Tic-Tac, non-invited baby rattlesnake hatchling visit our home last Monday.

Please, please, please do clean up after your pets. It’s the best for everyone.
Be aware there is a small DC current on the North Side Pool Gate. Use shoes when opening the gate, we have contacted an electrician.

HOA Meetings
The HOA ANNUAL MEETING Board Meeting was held Thursday January 23 at the Ward 2 funny farm, I mean offices. By all accounts, Sal Goodman type of meeting.
Next HOA Meeting will be Wednesday February 26 at 5:30PM. As we get closer to the meeting date, we will decide if it will be held by Zoom, in person at the Pool Ramada or both. Please check back for details.
Minutes and Key Points will be posted once the lunar cycle aligns with Venus and Mars.
The HOA Board does not normally meet during the summer months. However, our management is always available for questions and can forward them to the board if needed by email.
