Latest HOA Board News
2024 was a great year for the HOA Board in tackling some long-standing issues. While progress was made, work still remains in updating the CCRs and evaluation our fiduciary responsibility for tackling pavement improvements, pool resurfacing, the Ramada and continued management of our community. Our focus continues to be in making our community better, planning for our future and tackling issues with transparency. We believe the best way to do this is to foster an environment of neighborly friendship. Thank you to all who have made this possible in 2024, and we look forward to working with everyone in 2025 to continue building community.

2025 HOA Planned Board Meeting Schedule:
Board meetings will be held on the fourth Wednesday (except November and December) of every month at 5:30 PM. The meeting location will be provided in the meeting notice.
The meeting notice and agenda will be emailed forty-eight hours before the meeting date as required by ARS § 33-1804 to allow you to decide whether to attend or not.
To avoid potential legal exposure, the Association must comply with the governing documents and state statutes. Management reviews the governing documents and state statutes to ensure that the Association complies when the Board is making decisions or proposing policies, rules & regulations, etc. When necessary, the Board will seek legal counsel before making a final decision.
NOTE: Meeting dates may change at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

The HOA Board does not normally meet during the summer months. However, our management is always available for questions and can forward them to the board if needed by email.
