Latest HOA Board News
2025 was a good year for the HOA Board in tackling some long-standing issues. The biggest accomplishment was deciding to move to Associa Arizona as our new management company. The Board will be working with Associa to update the CCRs and evaluate our fiduciary responsibility for tackling pavement improvements, pool resurfacing, the Ramada and continued management of our community.

The goals remain to make our community better, planning for our future and tackling issues with transparency. We believe the best way to do this is to foster an environment of neighborly friendship. Thank you to all who have made this possible in 2025, and we look forward to working with everyone in 2026 to continue building community.

The next HOA Board meeting will be announced shortly, along with the Annual meeting, which will be held in February.

2026 HOA Planned Board Meeting Schedule:

The board meetings schedule will be published shortly.

Meeting notice and agenda will be emailed forty-eight hours before the meeting date as required by ARS § 33-1804 to allow you to decide whether to attend or not.

To avoid potential legal exposure, the Association must comply with the governing documents and state statutes. Management reviews the governing documents and state statutes to ensure that the Association complies when the Board is making decisions or proposing policies, rules & regulations, etc. When necessary, the Board will seek legal counsel before making a final decision.
